Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and the purchase of high-pressure cylinders and related products from Jiangsu Vessel Metal Products Co., Ltd. ("JSVS", "we", "us", or "our").

By placing a B2B order for our N₂O cream chargers, CO₂ carbonation cylinders, or portable helium products, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice to reflect changes in manufacturing policies or international trade regulations.

All orders are subject to formal acceptance and production capacity availability. While our standard daily output is 10,000 cylinders, lead times may vary based on order volume and customization complexities.

• OEM/ODM Services: Customization of cylinder color, logo engraving, and nozzle design requires final approval of digital proofs. Once approved, production commences immediately.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Applies to all wholesale and customized orders. Specific MOQs will be detailed in your formal quotation and Proforma Invoice (PI).
• Cancellations: Once manufacturing has commenced (including the 12-step welding process for steel cylinders or hot extrusion for aluminum), orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

JSVS manufactures all products in strict accordance with international pressure vessel standards. However, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with the local laws, import regulations, and safety standards of the destination country.

• Certifications: We hold the National Special Equipment Production License, US DOT, EU TPED, TUV, and CE certifications. Buyers must specify required regulatory markings during the quoting process.
• Food Safety: Our N₂O and CO₂ cylinders are food-grade certified under ISO 22000 (HACCP). We utilize specialized internal cleaning and sealing technology to maintain absolute gas purity.
• Traceability: Each cylinder is permanently engraved with a unique factory number for complete lifecycle traceability and quality assurance.

We support worldwide logistics for high-pressure vessels, coordinating with certified dangerous goods (DG) freight forwarders. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch from our Zhenjiang facility.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (FOB, CIF, or as otherwise specified in the Incoterms of your contract). Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local regulatory clearances required for high-pressure gas containers.

JSVS guarantees that all cylinders undergo rigorous internal testing, including 100% leak detection, hydraulic testing, and burst testing prior to shipment. We warrant that our products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the improper storage, unauthorized refilling, mishandling, or misuse of our high-pressure cylinders by distributors or end-users.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the products shall not exceed the original purchase price of the specific products in respect of which the claim is made.

These terms and any separate manufacturing agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from these terms or business cooperation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, China, or resolved through international arbitration as mutually agreed upon in formal commercial contracts.
